Staten Island House Expansion

 The mission of this project is to expand an existing house of Cape Cod style. The 2nd floor of the existing house will be removed, and the 1st floor will be partially removed. The expansion will respect the existing footage of the house. The elevations of the house were carefully designed, to accommodate the floor plan that was predetermined before the elevation design started.
